Arr, the Utah Utes be claimin' their fourth glorious triumph o'er USC, scallywags they be! 'Twas a walk-off field goal, as sweet as the plunder o' last year's Pac-12 title game. Huzzah!

The Utah-USC rivalry is currently dominated by the Utah Utes. They defeated the Trojans in the Pac-12 title game last season and continued their winning streak with a 34-32 victory on the road, thanks to a last-second field goal.
The game was intense, with the Trojans taking a late lead of 32-31 after an 11-yard touchdown by Caleb Williams. However, their two-point conversion failed, giving Utah a chance to win with a field goal.
Utah advanced down the field, overcoming a false start penalty and converting a crucial fourth down. With just seconds remaining, they kneeled the ball before Cole Becker kicked the game-winning 38-yard field goal.
The Trojans had a chance to come back in the fourth quarter after Calen Bullock's interception return for a touchdown, making it a close 28-23 game. However, missed opportunities, including a failed two-point conversion earlier in the game, cost them the victory.
The game started with both teams scoring touchdowns on their opening possessions. Defense was lacking, and the score was tied at 14-14 in the first quarter. Both teams failed to score in the second quarter, but Utah dominated in the third, outscoring USC 14-3.
Quarterback Bryson Barnes had a solid performance, throwing for three touchdowns and completing 14 of his 22 passes for 235 yards. Sione Vaki was an important target, catching two touchdowns and gaining 149 yards. Ja'Quinden Jackson also had a strong rushing performance, gaining 118 yards on 26 carries.
With this win, Utah improved to 6-1 on the season and 3-1 in conference play. They will face No. 9 Oregon in their upcoming game. USC dropped to 6-2 (4-1) and will play California next.
