Avast ye mateys! The Florida Gators center Micah Handlogten had a rough go of it during the SEC Conference Tournament final against the Auburn Tigers. In the early moments of the match, he be goin' for a rebound but ended up landin' all wrong on his leg. Poor lad had to be carried off on a stretcher, with a broken leg and blood spillin' from behind his calf.This here 7-foot-1 sophomore had been playin' well for the Gators, grabbin' 7.1 rebounds per game. He weren't scorin' much, but he had a good eye for the rebound. But alas, his season be cut short by this injury, just as the Gators be tryin' to claw their way into the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament.Auburn took the title and the spot in the big dance, led by Johni Broome with 19 points and 11 rebounds.
