Arrrr! Ye must prove ye age for yer Meta Quest 3 account, or face walkin' the plank! Aye!

Avast ye scallywags of the digital seas! The folks at Meta be demandin' all ye Quest 3 and Oculus Quest 2 buccaneers to declare yer ages afore settin' sail on yer VR adventures. Make sure ye be honest, lest ye face the wrath of the mighty algorithm! Arrrr!
Avast ye mateys! Meta be askin' all ye scallywags who use their Meta Quest 3 and Oculus Quest 2 to verify yer birthday before ye can set sail with yer VR headsets. This be to make sure ye be of the right age for the content they be servin' ye – and to give yer parent or guardian access to tools and protections, if needs be.Arrr, this ain't just a simple pop-up message ye can ignore. Once ye be asked to verify yer age, ye'll have 30 days to do so as the official page says. If ye don't verify in time, yer account will be locked tighter than Davy Jones' locker – and ye won't be able to use it again till ye provide yer birthday.Don't be rushin' through the process either. If ye put in the wrong date, changin' it be a real headache. Ye'll need a credit card or ID to make any changes – and havin' the wrong age on yer account could cause trouble based on the apps and settings ye be likin'.These changes come after Meta asked app developers to label their apps for different age groups and called for age verification in app stores. Meta be walkin' the talk by bringin' these changes to the Quest platform, as told by Meta's Global Head of Safety Antigone Davis to The Verge.
