Arr matey! Ye be hearin' the news from Asus - next-gen CPUs be comin' sooner than ye think! Set sail fer Zen 5 in 2024, me hearties. Time to hoist the Jolly Roger and prepare fer the plunderin' o' faster processors! Aye aye, captain!

Arr mateys! The scuttlebutt be that AMD's Zen 5 processors might be sailin' into port sooner than we thought, thanks to a new development that's got us all talkin'. A hardware leaker by the name o' HXL raised the Jolly Roger on X (formerly known as Twitter) by spottin' a new BIOS release from Asus.This here firmware update for the Asus ROG Crosshair and Strix X670E motherboards carries a new AGESA version, 1.1.7.0, which supports the upcoming Zen 5 CPUs from AMD. With this BIOS support in the works, it seems that the next-gen processors may be closer to launch than we imagined.But mind ye, this release be still in beta, so most landlubbers should steer clear for now. AMD has confirmed that Zen 5 will be makin' an appearance in the second half of 2024, with rumors suggestin' a possible debut as early as Q3.Intel's Arrow Lake processors might be laggin' behind, giving AMD the chance to seize the high seas in the CPU race. With Zen 5 X3D processors on the horizon, Intel better batten down the hatches for a showdown in 2025. The winds of change be blowin', and it looks like Team Blue might be in for a stormy ride.
