Even though other signs show it bein' less o' a scurvy dog, the National Federation o' Independent Business be reportin' a lowly score o' 88.5. The scallywags be fretting about the pesky problem of inflation still plaguing the seas.Despite other signs showin' that inflation be goin' down, the National Federation of Independent Business be reportin' a dismal readin' of 88.5 on their survey, which be down almost a whole point from February and the lowest since December 2012. A quarter of the scallywags surveyed be sayin' that the biggest problem be the risin' costs.
