Ye can now set up biometric verification for yer purchases, whether it be fingerprint or facial recognition. Aye, that be fancy tech indeed! So, whenever ye be buyin' somethin' on the platform, ye'll have to verify it's ye with yer biometrics. Arrr!We tested it out ourselves, and the update be live on our phones. To enable it, open the Play Store app, go to Settings, then Purchase Verification, and toggle the switch for Biometric Verification. Aye, it be easy as pie! And soon, Google will let ye use yer biometrics instead of yer password for extra security.The purpose of this feature be to keep ye safe from unauthorized transactions if yer phone be stolen.
