The Boston College standout, now in his second season with the Ravens, was under investigation after a reported assault involving police in Massachusetts and Baltimore County. The woman involved claimed she was bruised during the incident and that a gun was pulled out by the brother of the person connected to the assault.Despite the allegations, Flowers was never charged, and the investigation was ultimately suspended by Baltimore County Police. The NFL cited "insufficient evidence" to support any violations of the personal conduct policy, allowing Flowers to continue participating in team activities.During his rookie season, Flowers had an impressive performance with 77 receptions, 858 yards, and five touchdowns.
