Avast ye, mateys! Word be spreadin' that Windows 11’s Snipping Tool be gettin' some mighty useful updates in testin'. Aye, but beware, for Microsoft be sneakin' Bing into the mix as well, by the looks of it. The update be rollin' out to testers in the Canary and Dev channels, with a minor update for the Paint app too.In this new version of Paint, Microsoft be changin' the name of its AI feature from ‘Cocreator’ to ‘Image Creator’. As for the Snipping Tool, version 11.2404.37.0 be allowin' ye to drop emoji into yer screenshots and detect QR codes as well. Ye can even change the opacity of a shape fill and use the ruler tool. But wait, there be more! Rumors be circulatin' about a new feature comin' to Snipping Tool called ‘Visual search with Bing’. This feature be firin' up an image search with the Bing engine for yer screenshots. While some may find it useful, others may think it be clutterin' up the menu.So keep a weather eye on the horizon, me hearties, for these changes be just in testin' for now. And if ye be wantin' the full details, check out Microsoft’s blog post. Arrr!
