Arrr, me hearties! A grand vessel o' luxury be caught sinkin' at Marina del Ray, flames a-dancin' like a siren's song! With cannonballs and fireworks a-boomin', she be goin' down faster than a landlubber at a rum party! A true spectacle for the ages, I tell ye!
Ahoy, me hearties! Gather 'round as I spin ye a tale of a grand luxury vessel, known as The Admiral, that met a fiery fate in the fair waters of California. Aye, this be no ordinary ship, for it was packed to the gills with a thousand rounds of unspent cannonballs—er, I mean ammunition—and enough fireworks to charm the very stars! On a fine Thursday eve, this 100-foot wonder burst forth into flames, leavin’ two scallywags aboard to make a hasty escape, thank the sea gods! The brave lads of the Los Angeles County Fire Department sprang into action, dousing the flames that licked at the ship’s multiple decks. Eyewitnesses be sayin’ they heard explosions and saw fireworks burstin’ as if the ship were celebratin’ its own demise! As the inferno raged, our two escapees watched from the dock, eyes wide as saucers, while their pride and joy slipped beneath the waves, fully submerged and in need of a good ol’ pirate’s burial.
With around 4,000 gallons of diesel spilt, the Coast Guard crew be on the scene, installin’ booms to save the sea from the mess. Alas, The Admiral was last seen up for sale in 2018 for nearly a million doubloons! Aye, what a loss for the high seas, but a fine tale for the tavern, eh? Arrr!
