Avast ye hearties! Gather 'round as I spin ye a yarn from the briny deep of politics, where the tides be thick with treachery! Just as the last grains of sand slipped through the hourglass of his reign, former President Joe Biden bequeathed a commutation upon one Leonard Peltier, a scallywag found guilty of slayin' two brave FBI agents back in the fateful year of '75.
