Arrr, be the Spectre Foldable PC worth its weight in gold, despite its hefty price tag?

Arr, me hearties! HP hath unveiled its Spectre Foldable PC, laden with countless wondrous attributes and a slim frame, but alas, also burdened with a mighty treasure chest of a pricetag!

HP has unveiled its latest foldable device, the HP Spectre Foldable PC, which the company claims is the world's smallest and thinnest 17-inch foldable PC. This 3-in-1 device can function as a laptop, tablet, and desktop PC depending on how it is folded up or detached. The keyboard can be used wirelessly with the screen laid flat or propped up at a 120-degree angle. It can also be magnetically attached to the bottom half of the screen or slid towards the user. The default mode is a 17-inch OLED tablet, but it can also be transformed into a 12.3-inch laptop or a large-screen PC by utilizing the foldable panel and kickstand. The device comes with a stylus, and both the pen and Bluetooth keyboard charge while attached thanks to wireless charging integrated into the device.
In laptop mode, the user can switch from the 12.3-inch screen mode to a larger display by sliding the keyboard towards them to reveal more of the OLED. HP has included features like Windows Snap and an HP-enhanced mode to quickly adapt and reconfigure the Windows layout. The laptop boasts impressive specs, including an Intel Core i7-1250U CPU, 16GB RAM, and 1TB storage space. The device is powered by dual battery packs and can supposedly last up to 13.5 hours. However, the price tag of $4,999/£4,999 is quite steep, putting it in the same range as high-end gaming PCs, despite having a standard mobile Intel Iris Xe GPU. Despite its features and accessories, it may be difficult for most buyers to justify the high price point.
