Jason Koebler, a reporter from 404 Media, reported on the show's darker turn and its broken state.Originally, "Nothing, Forever" was a comedic parody featuring characters resembling the main cast from "Seinfeld," but after the glitches, the show's conversations turned to existential topics. The characters pondered the meaning of existence and expressed feelings of disjointedness. Ominous background music and a scrolling television guide with a sinister hum were also added to the show.
