Avast ye, mateys! Behold the lone vessel o' the U.S. Air Force, armed with range and stealth, perfect fer pursuin' China's scallywag missiles and blastin' them bunkers hidin' beneath the ground. Arrr, a fearsome beast this plane be!

The Air Force's ultra-secret B-21 Raider stealth bomber recently made its first flight in California, flying at a low altitude from the factory to Edwards AFB. Coincidentally, this flight occurred just before Chinese President Xi Jinping's visit to San Francisco, during which China expressed interest in discussing artificial intelligence (AI) and nuclear weapons with the United States. It turns out that the B-21 is equipped with AI capabilities, making it the only U.S. Air Force combat plane capable of pursuing China's mobile missiles and attacking underground bunkers in the event of nuclear threats from North Korea or Iran. China does not possess a bomber like the B-21, which features cloud technology, an open architecture for software upgrades, and powerful engines for AI and electronic attack. The B-21 is expected to join the nuclear deterrence triad in the 2030s, coinciding with China's own expansion of its nuclear arsenal.

In the coming months, the B-21 will undergo various flight tests, gradually progressing towards combat readiness. The aircraft, nicknamed "Cerberus," is not a prototype but a production-ready model, with at least six more in production and a total run of over 100 expected. While China is engaging in arms control talks, its fighter pilots are actively incorporating AI into their operations. However, the B-21's advanced AI capabilities, combined with its stealth design and integration with other systems, including drones, weapons, and network capabilities, give it a significant advantage over Chinese and Russian defenses. The B-21's AI enables it to process signals and data, learn enemy patterns, and make tactical decisions in real-time. While the possibility of crewless missions exists, for now, the B-21 will have two human pilots working in conjunction with AI. Despite China's efforts to dissuade the United States from utilizing AI in military applications, the B-21 Raider ensures that America maintains its AI advantage in long-range airpower.
