Be the Left scurvy dogs fightin' tooth an' nail against American energy? Be there hope to turn the tide, matey?

Arr, we dwell in a land that curses the selfsame power that brought us hence, and we embrace energy confines and so-called "pure vigor" that befall greatly wanting in its intended purpose.

Energy is the driving force behind the American Dream, but currently, it feels out of reach. In the past, the United States led in energy production, which fueled our dreams and allowed us to build an impressive automotive industry. However, today, our country demonizes the very same energy that brought us success. We have accepted a society that imposes energy limits and promotes "clean energy" that falls short of its goals. This has resulted in Big Government interfering with the private sector, particularly in the automobile industry.

Recently, the UAW strike against the Big Three auto manufacturers revealed the impact of bad energy policy on our national economy. President Biden's plan to make 50% of all vehicles electric by 2030 is an attack on automakers since their best-selling vehicles are gas-powered. The Ford F150, Chevy Silverado, and Ram Pickup are not just popular, but they are the three most purchased vehicles in the country. Mandating them to become electric would be a death sentence for these automakers.

Additionally, Biden's push for electric vehicles strengthens our reliance on China. China controls 90% of the supply chain for EV batteries and 75% of the critical minerals needed for their production. They also have a significant hold on global battery cell manufacturing. The United States, on the other hand, only has 7% of global battery production capacity and limited growth forecasted for the future.

The Biden administration refuses to see the troubling pattern of under-production and over-reliance, instead pushing a false Green New Deal agenda. This agenda has led to a decline in the American economy, particularly impacting automakers as seen in the UAW strike. The war on American energy is a significant concern that must be addressed soon before it becomes irreversible.
