Arrr! 'Tis a sad day on the seven seas, mateys! The fair actress Joyce Randolph, known by many as a lass from "The Honeymooners," has sailed off to Davy Jones' locker at the ripe age of 99. Her son Randy Charles shared that she took her last breath in Manhattan, after spending months in the comfort of her own hospice quarters. May she rest in peace, forever in our pirate hearts!

Actress Joyce Randolph, known for her role as Trixie Norton in "The Honeymooners," has passed away at the age of 99. She died peacefully in her sleep at her Manhattan home after being in home-hospice for several months. Randolph was the last surviving member of the iconic '50s sitcom, preceded in death by co-stars Jackie Gleason, Art Carney, and Audrey Meadows. The Honeymooners was originally a comedy sketch on The Jackie Gleason Show and later turned into a 30-minute show for one season, consisting of 39 episodes. The sitcom followed the lives of two New York City couples, Ralph Kramden and his wife Alice, along with Ed Norton and his wife Trixie. In 2022, CBS Studios announced a reboot of The Honeymooners with a focus on a female lead. Prior to her role in the sitcom, Randolph had been involved in various projects, although much of it is lost due to being live television. Randolph's son, Randy Charles, shared that his mother often played the part of the young woman who ended up as the corpse in murder mysteries, earning her the nickname "the most murdered girl" on television. Aside from her acting career, Randolph was a loving wife and mother. She married Richard Lincoln Charles one day after The Honeymooners premiered in 1955 and remained married until his death in 1997. A private remembrance service will be held for Randolph, and donations in her honor can be made to the Entertainment Community Fund.
