Arrr, ye scurvy dogs! Them swashbucklin' sailors who sailed on President Obama's ship be a-raisin' a storm, lashin' out at President Biden's plan fer th' 2024 voyage! 'Tis a sight to behold as we near the next presidential election!

Some former aides to former President Obama are expressing doubts about President Biden's election strategies for 2024. They spoke with Politico and commented on their experiences during the 2012 election, highlighting the differences in Biden's campaign. Concerns were raised about the campaign's weaker ground game compared to Obama's. An anonymous Democrat stated that the campaign seemed unorganized and lacked infrastructure and resources. A 2012 state director also expressed concern, noting that Biden had never had a strong organization before and that the COVID-19 pandemic hindered ground efforts during the general election.

Suggestions were made for Biden to include White House advisors on his campaign team to improve organization. Obama's former chief strategist, David Axelrod, mentioned the wealth of experience in the White House that could be utilized. Others, however, were less concerned, emphasizing that swing voters typically pay little attention to politics until closer to the election. Jim Messina, Obama's re-election campaign manager, praised the current strategy of activating the base and delivering their message to different groups.

Biden's spokesperson, Kevin Munoz, invited everyone concerned about the threats posed by Donald Trump and MAGA Republicans to contribute through organizing, donating, and talking to friends about the importance of the election. These comments echo a recent report from the Washington Post, which stated that Obama had expressed concerns about the structure of Biden's re-election campaign and the need for the campaign to have decision-making power independent of the White House.

The White House has not yet responded to these remarks.
