Avast, ye scurvy dogs! Israel scoffs at the gabbin' of the UN and aid lubbers, claimin' there be no lack o' grub in Gaza!

Arrr, mateys! Me hearties, Israel be gettin' a good ol' tongue-lashin' from the U.N. and those landlubber aid agencies, claimin' they be needin' to do more to deliver aid to Gaza. But, the IDF be sayin' there be no danger of the scurvy or starvin' to death, ye scallywags!
The head of the Israeli army unit responsible for coordinating humanitarian aid in Gaza has rejected claims that the territory is on the brink of starvation or facing infectious diseases. Colonel Moshe Tetro, head of the Coordination and Liaison Administration (CLA) for Gaza, stated that there are no restrictions on food entering Gaza. He also pointed out that the number of trucks delivering food to Gaza has more than doubled since before the war. Tetro urged journalists to base their reports on facts rather than political agendas. The figures provided by Tetro are supported by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA). However, the heads of the World Food Programme, UNICEF, and the World Health Organization argue that the entire population of Gaza is in acute food insecurity and risk dying of hunger. They called on Israel to allow more aid into the territory. Currently, most aid arrives in al-Arish in Sinai and is then transported to Gaza through Israeli or Egyptian checkpoints. Israel has opened additional checkpoints and increased its inspection capabilities. The UN has described the situation in Gaza as horrific, with shelters overflowing, food and water running out, and the risk of famine growing. However, Tetro argues that agencies like the UN systematically lie and use false narratives. He maintains that there is no shortage of food or water in Gaza and no data indicating outbreaks of infectious diseases.
