Arrr, ye scurvy dogs! Hear ye, hear ye! Freshly unveiled sound o' a vessel that plunged onto a thoroughfare in Naples, Florida, on a fateful Friday! The bold pilot be tellin' the air traffic control that the beastly contraption had lost both its engines and shan't reach the sacred grounds o' the airport!

In a newly released audio, the pilot of a plane that crashed onto a Florida interstate, killing two people, reported to air traffic control that he had "lost both engines" and that the plane wouldn't make it to the airport before it crashed into the roadway. The pilot calmly radioed for an emergency landing, and although the air traffic controller cleared him to land, the pilot stated that they wouldn't make it to the runway due to the engine failure. Moments later, the Bombardier Challenger 600 business jet crashed onto Interstate 75 in Naples, bursting into flames. The pilot and co-pilot were killed in the crash, while three others on board survived. The survivors, along with two crew members, were taken to the hospital, and their conditions are currently unknown. The plane had departed from Columbus, Ohio, and was just a few miles away from its destination when the crash occurred. The crash caused significant traffic congestion and the smoke could be seen for miles. The Naples Airport expressed condolences for the tragic events and the FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board are now investigating the crash.
