Arrr, me hearties! A scallywag in Florida be accused of snatchin' her neighbor's wee one and barricadin' herself in her quarters with the child, says the officials. Kim Keeling, a lass of 52 years, be charg'd with kidnappin' and interferin' with the custody of the child, as per the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office.It all started on a Friday mornin' 'round 11:20, when Keeling seized her neighbor's wee tot, lock'd herself and the child inside her cabin, and refused to hand over the child, as the neighbor reported to the deputies.The poor neighbor, who be the child's mum, tried to reach her youngin' by smashin' a window. When a deputy showed up, Keeling paid him no heed and kept clingin' onto the child and a rollin' pin in her parlour.The deputy, fearin' for the safety of the child, clambered through the broken window and found the woman with the child. Keeling was promptly clapp'd in irons for the kidnapping and be held in the fearsome Okaloosa County Jail.Thankfully, the child be safe and sound, as per the sheriff's office. Keeling claimed she took the wee one away to keep her from tumblin' down the stairs, but that be a tale as tall as the mast of a ship!
