Arrr, ye scurvy dogs! Hunter Ham hath spied a mighty alligator feastin' on a bull redfish on a Texan shore. Aye, them gators be more accustomed to the freshwater, but this one be enjoyin' a bit o' surf n' turf! A jolly sight indeed!

Arrr, matey! A bold beachgoer caught sight of a scallywag alligator feasting on a fish on a Texas beach. Hunter Ham spied the gator at Sea Rim State Park near Sabine Pass, not far from the border of Louisiana and Texas, as he was drivin' by with his wife and wee ones on Mar. 23. The beastly creature seemed to be enjoyin' the beach without a care in the world, munchin' on a bull redfish like a true pirate of the seven seas.Ham could tell the type o' fish by its length, eyes, and mouth, exclaimin' "That is a brute!" While alligators be typically freshwater critters, Ham reckoned this one wandered over from a nearby freshwater source to savor its meal and bask in the sun. The Texas Parks and Wildlife crew mentioned how gators sometimes fancy a dip in the saltwater to shake off parasites. This laid-back gator caused no trouble, just wanted to soak up some sun and rinse off them parasites. A true beauty from afar, a rare sight indeed. The beach holds a special place in Ham's heart, where he learned to surf without waves. Aye, what a tale to tell, me hearties!
