Aye, 'tis true that these verbal jousts be crucial in helpin' the justices understand the cases before 'em, but they be just the tip of the iceberg, me mateys.Roberts be explainin' that much of the real work be done behind closed doors, as the justices readin' through briefs and discussin' the cases amongst themselves.
