Now, the Department of Justice be arguing that Moderna’s thievery be forgiven under an old wartime law, which could make ye taxpayers the ones footin’ the bill. This here law, Section 1498, allows the government to seize inventions in times of crisis without proper recompense to the original inventors. A right shady business, if ye ask me!
