In 2016, he set sail on his culinary adventure, raisin’ the flag of Rossler’s Blue Cord Barbecue! With the help o’ his trusty crew—his lovely wife and two sprightly lassies—he turned a humble food trailer into a beacon o’ deliciousness. He plied his trade two days a week, servin’ up grub that even the most ferocious pirates would drool over!
