Arrr, two brave sea hawks of the U.S. Navy were sent plummetin’ into the drink over the Red Sea, caught in a squabble of friendly fire! But lo and behold, they be found alive, no worse for wear! A right mix-up, that be!
Arrr mateys! Gather 'round fer a tale of high seas mischief and folly! On a fateful Sunday, two brave U.S. Navy pilots found themselves takin' an unexpected swim in the Red Sea, courtesy of "friendly fire!" Aye, it be a twist fit fer a tale of the deep. Fortunately, these swashbucklers ejected from their trusty steed, the F/A-18 Super Hornet, and were plucked from the briny deep, albeit one sportin' a few minor boo-boos.In the midst of this chaos, the dastardly Iranian-backed Houthis were causin' a ruckus, attackin' ships while the Yanks were busy lettin' loose with airstrikes on Yemeni rebels. The USS Gettysburg, a fine vessel, mistook our airborne heroes fer a pesky enemy and fired upon them! It be a blunder worthy of a pirate's eye-roll, given the ships be chattin’ with each other like old sailors at a tavern.
As the U.S. Navy ramped up its attacks on the scallywags, it seems the Houthis had a mind to target any ship they fancied, claimin’ it was all part of their grand plan against the might of Israel. Aye, the seas be a treacherous place, filled with both foes and folly! So raise yer tankards, me hearties, and toast to the brave souls sailin' the wild Blue! Arrr!
