The swashbucklin’ Steve Toyloy, a fine center who donned the colors of the Cincinnati Bearcats, has sailed away to the great beyond at the tender age of 37. Aye, the school announced this grievous tidin’ through the magical scroll known as X!The Bearcats be mournin’ their matey from seasons of yore, 2008 to 2010, when he dashed about the court like a true buccaneer. In 67 battles, he averaged a fair 15.8 minutes a game, tossin’ in 3.6 points and snaggin’ 3.5 rebounds. Though he never set sail to the grand NBA seas, he charted a course overseas, plunderin’ accolades in Turkey, Brazil, and Malaysia, where he was crowned MVP of the Pro League in 2019!
