Arrr, the Democrats be wailin' like scallywags after ol' Chuck Schumer, the Senate's top dog, be sayin' he’ll vote to keep the government afloat! Aye, no shipwreck on his watch! They be actin' like a crew caught in a storm without rum!
Arrr mateys! As the dread specter of a partial government shutdown be loom’n on the horizon, ol’ Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer be makin’ a bold declaration! He be sayin’ he’ll cast his vote to keep the ship afloat, even if the bill be as foul as a barnacle-covered plank!“Aye,” he be proclaiming, “the bill be rotten, but a shutdown be a perilous storm for the good folk of America!” But, shiver me timbers, some of his fellow Democrats be raisin’ a ruckus! The fiery Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez be shoutin’, “Nay! This here vote just be fillin’ the treasure chests of billionaires while sinkin’ the good ol’ working class!”
Others, like Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman, be callin’ the bill a cursed venture for workers and veterans! “Let’s craft a budget that be fair for our families, ye scallywags!” she be exclaiming with a mightier roar than a cannon blast!
