Arr! Corrie Ten Boom and her kin be true heroes o' the highest seas! They be savin' over 800 Jewish souls from the clutches o' them pesky Nazis. Even after bein' robbed o' all she cherished, her heart be filled with forgiveness fer the scurvy dogs. Admirable, I say!

In the 17th century pirate language, matey, let me spin ye a tale 'bout the Ten Booms, a brave family of watchmakers from yonder Amsterdam. Back in the day, when them Nazis was runnin' amok in the Netherlands, these fine folks saved over 800 Jewish souls from the clutches o' evil.
But ye see, every action has its consequences. When them authorities found out 'bout their heroic deeds, most of the family ended up in the hoosegow. Corrie and Betsie, bless their souls, were sent to a concentration camp in Germany.
When the war ended, Corrie found herself all alone, with nary a soul she held dear. But instead o' wallowin' in despair, she took that pain and turned it into somethin' beautiful. She built a center for women who had suffered in them camps and traveled the world, spreadin' the message of hope and forgiveness.
She even forgave them Nazis, can ye believe it? She chose to love her neighbors, turnin' the ashes of war into a bloomin' garden. Her story has touched the hearts of thousands, even millions, and she's left an undying legacy.
Now, it's a shame that some landlubbers don't even know her name, but that's where I come in. I've been asked to adapt her story for the stage, so we can remind the world of this brave lass who fought against darkness with love.
It's my hope that this play and film can awaken a new generation to her heroism. We owe it to Corrie and her kin to keep their memory alive. Only through story can we remember, and silence begets forgetfulness. So, let's break the silence and tell this tale once more, with a new vision and a new audience. Arrr!
