Avast, me hearties! President Biden's trusty crew be quakin' in their boots, fears bein' outsmarted by none other than the notorious Donald Trump. A grand strike be happenin' in Michigan, Ohio, and Missouri, as them UAW workers fight for their rights. Politico be spillin' the beans, mateys!

President Biden's team is concerned that former President Donald Trump is outsmarting them in the auto workers' strike by deciding to give a speech in Detroit. A recent Politico article revealed that Trump's campaign is more sophisticated than previous ones, and Biden's team needs to step up their game. The United Auto Workers (UAW) began their strike against Ford, GM, and Stellantis, with about 12,700 UAW members participating. This marks the first time that the UAW has gone on strike against the Big Three simultaneously.

According to a union adviser, Trump is winning the political battle because he has people who know what they're doing, despite his unpredictable behavior. This has put Biden in a tough spot, as it now looks like they're only going to Detroit because of Trump's visit. A Democratic strategist admitted that they waited too long to make their move, allowing Trump to scoop them.

Representative Ro Khanna warned against underestimating Trump, calling him a survivor and acknowledging that the campaign will be hard-fought. Khanna emphasized the need for a message that resonates with working-class Americans, as they are still struggling with rising gas prices, food prices, housing costs, and stagnant wages.

Biden's campaign spokesperson criticized Trump's record on workers and unions, claiming that it was a key reason why Michigan rejected him in the 2020 election. They accused Trump of allowing auto companies to close and ship jobs overseas while benefiting the wealthy and corporations.

Neither the White House nor Trump's campaign team immediately responded to requests for comment.
