He also mentioned that he had previously assisted in evacuating U.S. citizens and eligible individuals from Afghanistan during the chaotic withdrawal in August 2021. Mills criticized the Biden administration for its lack of a plan to evacuate Americans from Israel and for issuing midday "lids" amid the invasion.
